TESDA Organic Farming At House of Maharlika, this TESDA Organic Culture Production NC II course focuses on developing competencies in producing organic farm produce specific to mid to highland climates, along with creating organic supplements such as fertilizers, concoctions, and extracts. This course also offers elective competencies to expand skillsets for raising organic hogs, small ruminants, chickens, and vermiculture.
TESDA Bread and Pastry At House of Maharlika, this TESDA Bread and Pastry course takes on a unique focus on equipping bakers and pastry chefs with basic foundations and key principles needed to apply to the practice of culinary creation. It emphasizes advanced techniques as well for specialized delicacies and baked goods at a high standard.
TESDA Housekeeping At House of Maharlika, this TESDA Housekeeping NC II Qualification course provides aspiring individuals with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain necessary competencies in housekeeping in preparing guest rooms, maintaining public areas and equipment, providing housekeeping and valet services, managing guests, and laundering linen and guest clothes for various accommodation services at diverse settings such as condominium rooms, villas, event areas, and outdoor spaces such as private yards and gardens.
TESDA Events Management At House of Maharlika, this TESDA Events Management Services NC III Qualification course offers a multi-faceted setting that teaches individuals the necessary skills to coordinate events, private functions, and conferences across versatile venues such as outdoor gardens and field spaces, intimate events at the Villas or Clubhouse, and gatherings at the event hall of Hacienda Gloriosa. The course covers event planning, including developing proposals, concepts, and programs, selecting venues, and staying updated on industry knowledge. It also includes competencies in on-site event management, including handling contractors, and updating knowledge of protocols.
